Girls With Goals Mentoring Program

Girls With Goals Mentoring Program empowers girls by providing a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where they can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and as future leaders. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, mental health wellness, and community engagement, girls are equipped with the confidence, knowledge, and life skills needed to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential.

Our program provides monthly sessions that promote self-confidence, positive self-esteem, leadership, teamwork, healthy relationships, effective communication, and personal responsibility. Girls are encouraged to discover their unique strengths, develop meaningful friendships, embrace community service, and become positive role models within their schools, families, and communities.

Throughout the program, girls engage in hands-on activities, leadership workshops, guest speaker presentations, community service projects, goal-setting exercises, and discussions focused on personal growth and emotional well-being. Every session is intentionally designed to inspire girls to believe in themselves, make positive choices, and recognize their ability to create meaningful change in the world.

The Girls With Goals Mentoring Program serves girls ages 5–17 and meets once a month from August through May in Central Florida. Each session is thoughtfully planned to provide engaging educational experiences, leadership opportunities, team-building activities, and meaningful discussions in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our goal is to ensure that every girl leaves each session feeling encouraged, empowered, and inspired.

We believe that every girl deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard, valued, and empowered. Our mission is to help girls build confidence, strengthen their character, develop leadership skills, and realize their ability to make a positive impact in their schools, families, and communities.
